• Due to the severe drought in the region, the Government has requested water consumption restrictions. Therefore, we kindly ask for your attention/understanding not to use water unnecessarily, in order to minimize the effects of this problem. There may be periods of low water pressure and even prohibition of pool usage.

Cosy semi-detached house, that accommodates up to 6 guests, with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, terrace, and private garden.
Free WiFi, BBQ, shared outdoor swimming pool, and free public outdoor parking.
Access to the house is by stairs.
Ideal for couples or small families (children and babies are welcome), in a residential and quiet area of Vilamoura.

PROPERTY RULES
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Groups under 25 years old are not allowed.
• No pets allowed on the property
• Respect quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am
• No exceeding the allowed occupancy limit: up to 6 guests (including children)
• No leaving garbage or unwashed dishes on the property after check out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged
• If the rules are not followed, guests may be expelled from the accommodation without a refund

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
• Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.
• Ecolab-certified cleaning products.
• Bed linen and bath towels washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.

SECURITY: Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket.

CHECK-IN: Every day from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
• €30.00 (additional cost) - Late arrival from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm

The guest must inform SAPvillas in advance of the expected arrival time.
If you arrive before 5:00 pm, you can leave your luggage at our office.
