This sun-kissed penthouse provides everything you need to accommodate your lifestyle needs. The sun terrace with pleasant street views is the perfect spot to start your day with a cup of coffee. A mix of nordic aesthetics and warmth, the design is completed with modern decors and comfortable furniture. With a capacity of 8 people max., this 1-bedroom apartment is fitted with 2 double beds (one in the bedroom and one in the living room, separating the areas through a room divider), a double sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV.

The bathroom comes with a shower and free toiletries. Fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning are provided, as well as all the kitchen equipment you may need with the added luxury of a Nespresso coffee machine. Optional services are available upon request (depending on availability)—for the comfort of those travelling with their little ones, a cot can be arranged for free, while extra cleaning & towels are at an extra cost.

It’s an easy metro ride to the beautiful Jardín Vertical Caixaforum (19 minutes) and the stunning The Royal Palace and The Plaza de la Armeria (29 minutes). Other points of interest we recommend include Puerta del Sol, accessible in a direct 20-minute metro ride, and the Cascada Parque El Retiro (15-minute drive). Craving for some shopping? Visit the popular Centro Comercial Plaza Rio 2 (33-min by metro) for boutiques and international fashion brands.
