Large room with a queen size bed (120 x 190 cm) with a small private external bathroom for the EXCLUSIVE USE of the guest.

DEAR GUESTS PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BATHROOM IS A SERVICE BATHROOM (FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE GUEST) THEREFORE SMALL BUT EQUIPPED WITH SHOWER, BIDET, WC AND SINK.

Cats DO NOT HAVE ACCESS to the guest bedroom.

The room has a large wardrobe, desk, ceiling fan, table fan, bed with a queen size French mattress, pure cotton bed linen and towels, goose down pillows. For longer stays a linen change will be offered

Guests have access to the entire apartment, with the exception of the owner's private room.

The kitchen, large living room and terrace are shared with the
owner and any other guest.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking and is available to guests, there are also small appliances: blender, toaster, milk frother, kettle.

Free parking on the street under the house and possibility of guarded parking (equipped with cameras) for bikes or motorbikes inside the building. Please note that EVERY Wednesday from 00:06 to 14:00 it is not allowed to park in via Brigata Verona or in Viale Campania because a local market is held.

The apartment is in the residential center of Palermo (Statue/Liberty area) and is between Mondello (the beautiful beach of Palermo) and the historic center, everything is easily reachable by public transport.

Guests are kindly requested to evaluate the location of the apartment in order to avoid unpleasant misunderstandings.

In front of the apartment there is a beautiful public garden, Villa Costa, and a wonderful rose garden which you can enjoy the view from the terrace.

My apartment is very bright and full of great and beautiful positive energy! Plants, books and cats ;)

The house is large and comfortable, equipped with double glazed windows, it is absolutely silent.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, it is only allowed on the terrace.

We ask our kind guests to respect the silence during the night hours.

Bus 101 (Via Libertà/Centro Storico) stops at 10pm.
The ways to reach the apartment are as follows:

1) night bus "N2" from 10.00 pm to the Piazza Verdi (Teatro Massimo) or Via Cavour or Via Roma stop. App to check timetables, lines and buy tickets: Amat or Moovit.

2) electric scooter rental, App: Helbiz, Lime, Bit Mobility.

3) electric bike rental, App: AmiGo, Dott.

4) private taxi service with a person I trust (cost approximately 10/15 euros)

It is not permitted to host other people other than those making the reservation.

Luggage storage allowed before check in and after check out.
