- Elberry is the first flat on the ground floor on your left.
- Free parking outside the front of the property is available. (The left hand space is Elberry's) *Please park considerately and close to the wall to allow enough room for the other parking space.

Cupboard staples and any other extras are not as standard therefore we recommend ensuring you have your own supplies of anything else required.
Neighbourhood description
Famed for its long sandy beaches, Paignton is a traditional seaside resort popular for its warm weather, water sports and colourful, lively seafront. The beauty of Paignton is that its seafront and town centre are in such close proximity it makes it the ideal resort for a relaxing stay. Once you arrive, you don't have to go far, but of course, there is plenty to see and do in the area if you wish to get out and about and explore.
Take advantage of the activities in and on the water and try your hand at paddle boarding, jet skiing or surfing with Torbay's large range of water sports.
With twenty beaches and secluded coves along Torbay's 22 mile stretch of coastline your hardest decision will be choosing which one to visit.
A visit to Paignton is complete without a stroll along its iconic pier. As well as having the usual traditional and modern games it also boasts far reaching views of the whole of Torbay.
You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out as Paignton, and it's neighbouring towns of Brixham and Torquay that make up the English Riviera, offer a diverse range of restaurants and bars.
Getting around
With direct access to the South West Coast Path and on site parking, many of our guests take the opportunity to explore the local area and stunning scenery on foot. There is both a bus and train station in the centre of Paignton, and you can also catch a passenger ferry over to Torquay or along the coast to Brixham and around to Dartmouth.
