You will enjoy a cozy and modern double room with a private bathroom. It is a totally independent space, where you will have maximum privacy. The room has a double bed (1.35 cm) for two people; private bathroom with shower, a large exterior window, SmartTV, desk, heating, air conditioning and a comfortable built-in wardrobe.

You will have access to all common areas that you can use whenever you want during your stay (living room with television, dining room, kitchen, gym and laundry).
Inside the room you will find the bed prepared with sheets, pillows and duvet along with a pack of towels per guest, toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel.

The accommodation has fiber optics via Wi-fi network throughout the floor.

In our property you will live in a space designed for the enjoyment and tranquility of each guest, located in a very quiet and well-connected residential neighborhood. With a supermarket a few meters away as well as shops and various services, including metro and bus stations.
Outside the room you will have the following spaces:

- Living room/shared: you will enjoy a bright and modern living room with a rest area with comfortable sofas, television, armchairs and a large space where you can work with laptops There are several spaces designed to work with laptops

Kitchen - dining room / shared: you will have at your disposal an incredible kitchen, fully equipped with: cutlery, crockery, microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven and other appliances. In addition to a large dining table to have breakfast, lunch and dinner comfortably.

- Laundry: if you wish, you can make use of our paid washer and dryer in the laundry room located on floor -2. You will also have an iron and ironing board.

- Bathrooms: There are 2 toilets also in the common areas, which you can use.

The accommodation is located in one of the quietest and most exclusive neighborhoods of the capital. A residential area full of services, shops, cafes and restaurants.

With numerous metro and bus stations, you can easily travel from your accommodation to any part of the city in a few minutes.
