The villa is spacious and modern and is located in a private, gated and quiet residential area. There is a private driveway for 3 cars. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (spread over 2 floors), a private swimming pool, snooker table, ping pong table and BBQ.
On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer (with refillable water dispenser) , oven with grill and bar with stools.
The living room, with aircon (free), overlooking the private pool and the large terrace, with snooker and ping pong table, a large dining table with chairs, sun loungers and a Canaria stone barbecue.

On the same ground floor there is a bathroom (with walk-in shower, sink, toilet and washing machine) and a double bedroom with a large fitted wardrobe. The staircase takes you to the first floor.
Via the landing you can go to the terrace that offers beautiful views of the ocean and the island of Fuerteventura.
