Excellent Location
The location of the apartment is excellent. Only 4-stops underground to Oxford Circus. Also, Bus station is right across the road. Here are some suggestions to improve for future guests' experience. Host can improve their communication response. We found the host slow in response at the beginning, and very poor after checking in. In future, could offer newer towels and beddings. Also, suggest stocking up bath essential; more toilet rolls, hand soap and shower soap, considering our stay was for 12 nights and a group of 5 people. We only got two paper rolls. The sofa bed was changed to a sectional sofa. While it looks nicer than the one in the pictures, but it was a challenge to sleep the fifth guest. Suggest replacing the double bed in the small room, to a more comfortable one. Realistically, it can fit only one person comfortably, and not two. Also, I recommend fixing the cupboard's sliding door in the small room. Lastly, it would be nice to have the carpets professionally cleaned. Thank you and wishing you all the best.
