The Cottage is in the village of Kingham. 4 miles south-west of Chipping Norton. Surrounded by picture post card honey stoned cottages many dating from the 17th or 18th century.
Kingham was once chosen by Country life magazine as its "favourite village." Time out says "... remember the village from The Holiday... nestled in an almost incidentally gorgeous corner of Oxfordshire... Kingham is the feather in the Cotswold Crown."
The Cottage itself has been lovingly restored in keeping with its history. It has been fully redecorated in the last few years. The spacious, handmade wooden kitchen features a range cooker, dishwasher , washer/dryer and has a lovely natural light. The sitting room is very comfortable and fitted with with Oka furniture. In addition to the above, the entrance hallway has a farmhouse style dinning table and dresser. The large stone courtyard is a total sun trap even on a crisp autumn / spring days!
