The space
I'm very excited to welcome guests to my holiday home in Bracklesham! The house is a mid sized home with two bedrooms - a king and a twin room (with two single beds) which sleeps 4 people. There is space for a 5th person by prior arrangement as there is a comfortable sofa bed in the sitting room.
The house is a short stroll from the beach at Bracklesham Bay. You can walk along the beach a bit further to East Wittering and then West Wittering.
Ground Floor:
There are two parking spaces in the private driveway. Enter through the front door into the entrance hall. There is a downstairs loo on the right and the kitchen is on the left. The kitchen is new with modern appliances including a gas hob, tall fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. At the back of the house is the sitting room and dining room with French doors onto the garden. There is a large smart TV in the sitting room and you can use your own log in details to access the streaming channels. The garden has a picnic bench plus garden chairs and a charcoal barbecue in the summer months. There is a shed with a padlock that you can use to store your bikes or beach gear.
First Floor:
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a king and a twin room with plenty of wardrobe space and dressing tables. The bathroom is newly built with a shower over bath.
There will be some complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing up pack, loo rolls and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase for your stay there is a Co-op in Bracklesham or a small Tesco in East Wittering.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house. When you find the house you will see the two car park spaces immediately to the left of the house.
Other things to note
Check in / Check out
Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. A charge may be made if you do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner's schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
We love our little beachy space and have a good relationship with our neighbors which we very much want to maintain. We hope that you will enjoy a 'home from home' stay in a quiet little development right on the doorstep of the beach!!
