The Space:
This stunning apartment is set within a new development and features comfortable furnishings as well as modern appliances. Situated on the 26th floor, there are stunning views out of every window. There's a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, armchair and smart Tv. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment, as well as a smart Tv with Catch up Tv Apps. Each bedroom has a comfortable double bed, made up with crisp hotel linen, and there are also fluffy towels included for your use. The modern bathrooms (1 is en-suite) feature showers (1 with a bath) toilets and sinks, as well as complimentary toiletries for your use. There is a parking space available for guest use around 10 minutes walk from the property - details will be given after booking.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the property.

The Neighborhood:
Located between central Manchester and Salford, at about 30 minutes walk in either direction, this is the perfect base to explore all that Manchester has to offer. On your doorstep there are a number of cafe's, restaurants and shops, however for more choice, Central Manchester is just a short drive or tram ride away. It's just a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute tram ride to MediaCityUK, the UK's leading media and tech hub. Close to the canal, as well as a couple of parks, there are plenty of nearby places to enjoy an evening walk and some fresh air. There is a Tesco and a Co-op supermarket within a 2 minute walk.

Getting Around:
Central Manchester and Central Salford can both be reached in around 30 minutes on foot, or a very short drive or 15 minute tram journey. Manchester Piccadilly train station is a 15 minute taxi ride.

Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 4 people.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.

For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

There is no parking directly at this property but there are 2 options:
The closest car park is Euro Parks on The Quays, M50 3WL or guests can park in another complex which is 12 - 15 minute walk or a 6 minute drive. The address for this 1 parking space is labelled as W11, Westwood House, 22 Goodiers Drive, M5 3QS. No permit or fob is required for access and can only be used in conjunction with a stay in this apartment.
