Azores Green Woods Villa

Azores Green Woods Villa is a villa with modern architecture and with excellent conditions for a stay of large families and larger groups. Located in São Vicente Ferreira, the house benefits from a micro climate specific to this area, providing more hours of sunshine and better weather conditions throughout the year. In addition, it is 12 min. from the airport and the center of Ponta Delgada and 22 min. of Ribeira Grande, making it a great starting point to discover the whole island.

We inform that check-ins, between 9 pm and 8 am, have an extra cost of 20€, that is charged in the moment of the check-in.

Standard check-in time is after 5 pm. It can be any time if the house is available. It has to be confirmed first.

Azores Green Woods Villa is a house with large areas and sophisticated architecture that allows the house to have good natural light in all areas of the house, as well as views of the mountain, nature and sea.
The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and a fireplace in the living room.

The bedrooms, three of which are located on the top floor: one bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom (suite), another bedroom with 3 single beds (with bunk beds) and another bedroom with two single beds that can also be be joined together for use by a couple. The last bedroom is in an annex space, with greater privacy and also has air conditioning and a private bathroom.
The house thus has 3 complete bathrooms and a fourth service bathroom without a shower.

In the common areas you will find a large kitchen with new appliances and all the necessary conditions for preparing meals and socializing with family or friends.
The living room also offers the possibility of having meals at the table in the room overlooking the garden or watching television while enjoying the comfort of the fireplace in the room if you visit us in the winter season.
If you need to dedicate a few hours to work during your holidays, we have a dedicated space with a desk for this purpose.
You can also enjoy the huge garden of the house for outdoor living, preparing meals on our barbecue, playing basketball or even picking fruit from our various fruit trees and exploring the extensive forest area in our backyard.
You will also find a laundry area with washing machine and dryer that will certainly be useful if you have a longer stay or if you are a lover of walks in nature and end up getting your clothes more dirty.
