Upon entry via the electronic door system (eliminating the need for keys!), you're welcomed by a bright, expansive formal living and dining area. The tranquil decor sets the tone for relaxation during your vacation. Continuing from this space is the open-plan kitchen and family area with direct access to the stunning pool area.
The kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops and features three breakfast stools for your morning coffee enjoyment. Adjacent to the kitchen is a breakfast area with a dining table seating six. Access to the pool area from the lounge through sliding doors ensures you're always connected to the outdoor ambiance.
Comfortable leather sofas invite the whole family to gather and enjoy the large LCD TV, perfect for movie nights. The house boasts a bright and refreshing ambiance with modern furnishings, ideal for warm Florida days. Calming blue tones throughout the house promote a sense of tranquility and relaxation for your vacation.
The Master bedroom serves as a retreat, furnished with a King-size bed and a smart flat-screen TV for your comfort. Its en-suite features both a walk-in shower and bathtub, along with a walk-in closet and his & hers sinks for added convenience.
On the ground floor, a second Master bedroom with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom offers easy access for guests who might have difficulty with stairs. This bedroom also includes a tub, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet.
The third bedroom contains a Queen-size bed and shares a family bathroom (with a bathtub and shower over it) with the fourth bedroom, which features twin single beds adorned with a Disney princess theme.

We use the latest communications and booking software to make your booking process stress free. It's very easy to book one of our villas, everything can be done online and we require a 25% booking deposit, the final balance is not due until 10 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Notes on prices:
Pool heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to May. If required it is £20 per day. There is an accidental damage waiver of £49 included which covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal. Any bookings less than 7 nights will incur an end of let clean fee of £140.00. BBQ's can be hired in, please ask if required.
