This villa is located in the beautiful countryside, only a 10 min drive from Frigiliana and 15
min from Nerja. It has a marvelous view of the sea and the green valley below.
As you approach the property you will park your car in a big private drive.
The walk to the front door will lead you through a fantastic terrace with some of the best
views of the sea and the surrounding countryside.
Inside there is a great open-plan kitchen, living room, and dining room with a marvelous view of
the sea and the valley and a separate TV room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine,
smoothie machine and blender among others.
In the main part of the property, you have two beautiful bedrooms. Both bedrooms have
a large double bed, air-conditioning and lots of wardrobe space. One has a fantastic en-suite
bathroom and a door to an outdoor terrace. The other bedroom has a bathroom just next
to it.
On the lower floor, accessed from outside, you find a separate large fantastic third
bedroom, with a big en-suite bedroom. It also boasts its own wonderful spacious private
terrace surrounded by beautiful gardens.
Close to the house, there is a private pool area with a wonderful view overlooking the ocean. It
is equipped with sunbeds with tables and parasols, a roof covered dining area and a
barbecue.
