Welcome to my spacious and delightfully furnished flat in the heart of Hammersmith. I am thrilled to have you here, and hope you'll find it to be the perfect base for exploring all that London has to offer.

You will be only 5 min walk to Hammersmith station for easy access to London's major attractions as well as Heathrow airport. The flat is also moments away from an eclectic selection of restaurants, lively pubs and coffee shops on the popular Fulham Palace Road.

The stunning Eventim Apollo is only a short 3 minute walk away, offering visitors a range of mix of live music and performances, hosting top-tier artists from around the world.

Charing Cross Hospital is conveniently located just a short 6-minute walk away providing easy access if needed.

The flat sleeps up to 6 guests in two double bedrooms and one comfy double sofa bed. The flat is located on the second floor of the building which is accessed by a staircase (there is no lift).

The large corner sofa in the living room provides a comfortable seating experience during the day and easily converts into a comfortable double sofa bed for a relaxing night's sleep.

Settle in comfortably with your snacks and immerse yourself in your favourite shows on the 65-inch Smart TV for an unforgettable viewing experience (You'll need to use your own log in details for TV applications like Netflix, Prime etc).

The dining area features a dining table, chairs and an eye-catching painting, creating a bright and stylish space for enjoying meals with family and friends.

The well-equipped family kitchen is the heart of the home, complete with modern appliances (such as oven, electric hob, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine), ample counter space, and plenty of storage, making it a functional and inviting space for cooking and gathering.

Each bedroom is tastefully furnished with a double bed, accompanied by high-quality bedding, to provide warmth and comfort. The full length wardrobes and bedside cabinets offer ample storage space for clothing and personal belongings.

The desk and chair provided for guests to work from home are comfortable and functional.

You will also find a 3 piece bathroom suite with a shower over the bath tub offering a refreshing and comfortable space for relaxation and rejuvenation..

On street parking is available in adjacent streets. Guests need to pay for this parking by phone or at a pay machine.

My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.

A complimentary welcome pack of tea and coffee will be waiting for you on arrival. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there is a Tesco Express supermarket a few minutes walk away.

Guests will have access to the entire flat. The flat is located on the second floor of the building which is accessed by a staircase (there is no lift).

Other things to note
This property is not baby-friendly and does not have a travel cot or high chair.

Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for call-out for keys forgotten inside. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged if you lose the keys; please be careful with them.

Please respect our lovely neighbours and keep the noise down. If there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council.

No parties will be tolerated. An extra 250 will be charged should any house rules be broken.
