The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement.

The two bedrooms are elegantly decorated, including a queen bed and a single bed, fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Nestled conveniently between Lisbon and Cascais, Carcavelos is ideally situated. The location and its proximity to long sandy beaches have made Carcavelos a hotspot for locals and foreigners. Carcavelos is considered by many as the birthplace of Portuguese surf culture and a hub for surfers and street artists. It's a trendy spot, often concealed by the grandiosity of Lisbon.

From Carcavelos, Lisbon can be reached in 30 minutes by car, depending on traffic. Public transport has room for improvement; bus routes to and from the city and poor, making the train the only feasible option. This small Portuguese town reflects many elements of life in California. Surf culture and technological innovation intertwine, blending opposing values that complement one another.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Av S Miguel das Encostas, is just a 1-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-ins with a greeter after 22:00 have an extra cost of EUR 20, and from midnight to 07:00 EUR 30.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
