Villa Laurita is a fantastic property located in the nice village of Cadaquès, with a direct access to the sea and an exclusive view on the Mediterranean sea.
There is a panoramic terrace, the heated pool 7.2 x 4.3 meters (it can be fenced on request), sunbeds for relaxing, tall trees to rest in the shadow during the sunniest days, a relax area, the barbecue, a table and chairs for al fresco dinners, the ideal spot where to admire the beautiful sunsets on the bay, drinking an aperitif with the friends and the family.

Villa Laurita was built in 2002, developed on 400 square meters, it has a spacious living room, really bright and well furnished, with sofas, TV , DVD player, music speaker, the dining area with table and chairs and the fully equipped kitchen with the blender, juice extractor, coffee maker, oven and all the necessary to prepare delicious meals together.

The Villa can accommodate up 10 guests in its 5 lovely bedroom, all with en suite bathroom with bathtub and two single beds, that can be configured as a double bed, to satisfy all your needs. Two rooms share the WC.

Guest will appreciate the air conditioning, air fan, central heating, the wi fi connection and the private parking, is also included in the rental price the kids equipment (as baby cot, highchairs, stair guard…), the pool heating , the optional housekeeping service during the stay.

This is the ideal place where to spend a unique holiday in Costa Brava, just few step from the beach and all the amenities but with all the privacy and comforts guaranteed.



Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
It is not allowed to organize events in the property without prior approval
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
Safety fence around the pool, or fenced on demand
Pool has no swimming guard

The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
