The apartment is on the top floor in a handsome Edwardian Villa.
The beautifully presented interior is light and welcoming, with stylish mid century furniture and modern décor throughout. The large windows fill the rooms with natural light and offer a magnificent far reaching panoramic view across the city's Georgian crescent's and to the countryside beyond.

The space offer a large living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and three spacious bedrooms, 1 double with en-suite shower room, and a further double room and a twin room, with share of a modern bathroom.

The apartment benefits from private use of a pretty patio garden and offers off street parking.

- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Keep the noise down, especially after 10pm.
- Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
- This is our home in Bath, please care for it as such
- Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property
