It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones. The floor-to-ceiling window in the living room fills the space with abundant natural light, creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor environments.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Matosinhos is a coastal neighbourhood located in the city of Porto, Portugal. Situated to the north of Porto's city centre, Matosinhos offers a unique blend of urban living and seaside charm.

The neighbourhood is known for its long sandy beaches, making it a popular destination for beach lovers and surfers. Praia de Matosinhos is one of the most famous beaches in the area, attracting locals and tourists alike with its vast shores and lively atmosphere.

Matosinhos is also renowned for its seafood restaurants and fish market. The neighbourhood's proximity to the Atlantic Ocean ensures a steady supply of fresh fish and seafood, making it a haven for gastronomic delights.

The neighbourhood's urban core features a mix of modern buildings and historic landmarks, including the Church of Matosinhos, which dates back to the 16th century. The area boasts a vibrant cultural scene, with art galleries, music venues, and theatres adding to its dynamic atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Câmara Matosinhos, is just a 7-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 12-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
