The Casa di SuNì 2 is a typical fully air-conditioned attic of about 70 square meters, located inside Palazzo Bertonati in Piazza Benedetto Brin. The apartment, completely renovated and furnished in 2021, is located in a strategic position for visiting the tourist beauties of the Gulf of La Spezia; in fact, it is just a few minutes' walk from the railway station, the ferry terminal and the historic city centre.
It has a kitchen with a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, an electric oven and a coffee machine, a dining room, a living room , a living room with two single beds convertible into a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a desk and a large fitted wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower.
From July 2023 it is fully air-conditionedand all the windows are equipped with mosquito nets. In the living room there is a safe-deposit box.
Small pets are allowed.
You will find an iron, an ironing board, a broom and a dustpan on the left side of the wardrobe in the bedroom.
You will also find different kinds of detergents in the cupboard under the sink in the kitchen.
Toilet paper, shampoo, a hairdryer and liquid detergent for hands and body will be available in the bathroom.
Linen and towels are included in the rental and a change is foreseen for stays longer than seven days.
The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi, a stereo system and a television set. So you will be able to watch your favourite Netflix series and films.
The flat has no private parking space, but in the surrounding streets there are several paid parking lots and there is a parking space near the railway station.
At ten minutes walk free parking is available with shuttle service. So it is possible to stop the car near the flat to unload luggage and then look for a parking space.
In La Spezia you will have the bike sharing service available to visit the town by bike and the electric scooter rental service is also active.
At fifty metres from the flat there are bus stops, so you can also take buses to reach the main seaside resorts and the localities of Sarzana, Lerici and Portovenere.
The flat is close to the car-free historic centre. It is about ten minutes walk from the railway station, where you can take trains to the Cinque
Terre and about fifteen minutes walk from the bus station, with a good Flixbus or BlaBlacar service, and from the pier from which the ferries to Lerici, Tellaro, Portovenere, the island of Palmaria and the Cinque Terre depart.
