This cosy studio, perfectly situated a two minute walk from Birmingham New Street station, offers a seamless blend of charm and modern amenities. The open-plan layout is bathed in natural light and tastefully decorated with attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable stay for our guests. With a plush double bed, and a contemporary bathroom, your stay will undoubtedly be comfortable and hassle-free.

Please note, cooking is not permitted in this apartment, so this is ideal for those that want to take advantage of the many restaurants in Central Birmingham or to have take out.

Modern bathroom: Enjoy a refreshing morning shower in our sleek bathroom, fitted with high-quality fixtures and fittings.

Parking: Please note as we are located in central Birmingham, no parking is provided. If bringing a car, your nearest multi storey car parks are based in the Mailbox or The Bull Ring.

Other things to note
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
