Kessingland is an amalgamation of Kessingland village and Kessingland beach. All amenities are within walking distance and there are two fish and chip shops, two pubs and a convenience store. Nature enthusiasts can embark on scenic coastal walks, birdwatching expeditions or even venture into the nearby nature reserves.
For those seeking a bit of history and culture, the area boasts several heritage sites and museums. Just walking distance from the lodge is Africa Alive Zoological Reserve where you will find an amazing variety of animals and the opportunity to become a keeper for a day. There is also a great family pub/restaurant next door.
Just a little further is Pakefield Pontins where you can buy a day ticket to use all their amenities which includes an amusement park and indoor swimming pool.
