Our excellent apartment, tastefully furnished with modern amenities, is ideal for a getaway in Lisboa. Within walking distance, you can enjoy the location amenities such as supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with all types of cuisines.

It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, two armchairs, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones, and a door that leads onto a balcony, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

There are two bedrooms. One with a queen-sized bed and one with two single beds. Both beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the essentials, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The apartment is located in the historic Alfama neighbourhood of Lisbon, Portugal. Alfama is known for its charming narrow streets, colourful buildings, and traditional Fado music. It is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Lisbon and has a rich cultural and architectural heritage, with landmarks such as the Castelo de São Jorge and the Lisbon Cathedral. The area is also famous for its excellent seafood restaurants and lively nightlife.

The steep streets of Alfama, one of Lisbon's oldest areas, are lined with shops selling traditional crafts and cafes. Passengers pack the historic no. 28 tram, which winds through Alfama on its way up to 11th-century São Jorge Castle. Views from the Miradouro da Graça terrace stretch over the city to the River Tagus. In the evening, melancholy Fado music can be heard in some of the area's long-running restaurants.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, R. Vale Sto. António bus stop is just a 2-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 17-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
