The apartment has:
- 1 Living room with 1 sofa bed
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen
- 1 Dining area with a table and 8 seats
- Bedroom 1 with one King bed
- Bedroom 2 with one double bed
- Bedroom 3 with one double bed
- Bedroom 4 with one double bed
- 3 Bathrooms with shower and in one of the bathroom 1 WC is included.
- 1 Separate WC

The apartment is comfortable for 8 people and a maximum of 10 people.

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed and bath linen being provided:
Bedroom 1 with a 5***** king bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 2 with a 5*****double bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 3 with a 5***** double bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 4 with a 5***** double bed high comfort mattresses

Living room : 2 people high-comfort sofa bed

The apartment is equipped with:
TV, high speed Wifi
a washer dryer, a hair dryer, a dishwasher
a nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster
a fridge, an induction plate, a microwave, pans and other cooking wares
a baby bed if needed

Guest Access:
Warning: It is very important to respect the common areas, please make sure to be quiet when you are heading out/going into the building.

Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

- You will find the keys of the apartment inside a Keynest next to the building of the apartment
- The door to your apartment is on the fourth floor
- We will send you the code of the Keynest before your arrival.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen

Since we are not on site, please take into account our travel time, in case of last minute booking. Example: reservation at 5pm for the day D, arrival at 7pm on the spot.

The Neighborhood:
The luxurious neighborhood unfolds as a sumptuous sanctuary, strategically positioned within easy reach of several of Paris's most iconic landmarks. It is also a place where the history and grandeur of Paris seamlessly intertwine. A few minutes walk from your apartment lies the Opera Garnier. Did you know that this opera, classified as a historical monument since 1923, was simply called "Opéra de Paris" until the birth of its younger sibling in Bastille in 1989?
Continue your exploration of your neighborhood towards the Tuileries Garden, a green oasis separating the Louvre Museum from the Tuileries Palace. The Louvre Museum, a world-renowned museum ,once a royal palace, is housing a vast and diverse collection of historic and iconic artworks. Its iconic glass pyramid draws visitors from across the globe to explore its extensive collection. Not far from there stands Place Vendôme, a symbol of Parisian elegance where luxury and fashion converge. Renowned luxury boutiques ( Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Chanel, Hermes), surrounded by historic townhouses, offer an unparalleled shopping experience.
The neighborhood is very safe, with all its monuments in our vicinity.

- Opéra: 4 minutes: Ligne 3,7 & 8
- Auber: 8 minutes: RER A
- 45 minutes to CDG : RER A & RER B
- 50 minutes to Orly Airport by Taxi

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. Check-out / Departure : until 11am

We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.

We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building's courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots

If one of the above house rules is not respected:
- A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged
- The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment

In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 4000 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.

Finally, if the apartment keys are lost, € 170 will be charged.
