Terrible - avoid at all costs.
To begin with, please beware of the label 'Premier hosts'. It's unclear how this has been decided, as we are the first people who have rented this property through Vrbo. The 'host' told me this. We weren't sent any details about the property until 4 hours before our stay was due to start. Vrbo blamed the hosts. They blamed Vrbo. After hours on the phone, we finally found out the address. When we arrived at the property we were very disappointed. There was a smell of cannabis in the hallway and the flat itself was grubby. When I started to put the children to bed, I pulled back the duvets and realised that the sheets were dirty. They were musty with hairs on and the cushion on one of the children's beds had sticky marks over one side of it. One bed had no sheet, just a mattress protector. We phoned the host. The number provided was for an automated line that closed at 5.30pm. We called Vrbo. They tried to contact the hosts without success. They advised us to wait in the car until the hosts got back to us. Luckily, as it was 9pm and our children were crying and needed to go to bed, we decided to seek alternative accommodation for the night. The hosts didn't get back to us until 18 hours later, so we were thankful that we hadn't taken the Vrbo representative's advice. The hosts have have falsely claimed that we stayed there. I have provided Vrbo with the hotel receipts and have a record of 100% positive feedback as a guest on Vrbo. Still, over a week later, no refund.
