There is a private turfed garden in the property with BBQ and outdoor shower and a large private balcony with beautiful forest views.

The ground floor consists of the kitchen, living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The 1st floor consists of 1 bedroom and WC.
Each ground floor bedroom features  2 single beds and large wardrobe, the 1st floor bedroom features a double bed, AC unit and wardrobe.

The living room features a 3-seater sofa, 2 arm chairs and a sofa bed. An additional small sofa bed can be set up for a child to sleep (8th guest), on request only. The living room also has a TV with Netflix and an air-conditioning unit.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need for meal preparation including oven/cooktop, coffee machine (filter coffee), toaster, refrigerator and dining table.
The house features 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 WC.
There is also a private washing machine.
There is a total of 2 air-conditioning units in the maisonette.
Our guests have access to free unlimited and fast Wi-Fi internet.
A large private balcony is available with outdoor dining table, offering amazing forest and valley views.

The private garden has outdoor furniture to enjoy quiet and relaxing evenings and playground for the kids to run around and play. 
An outdoor kitchenette is available in the BBQ area, with sink. 
An outdoor shower with hot water supply is available to have a quick shower after a day at the beach.
A solar heating hot water system is installed at this house, which means there is hot water readily available in the bathroom and kitchen 24hrs. There is also an electric hot water system for cloudy days.
Pets are allowed after arrangement.

Smoking and parties are not allowed!
The property is just 500m from the beach.
Lagomandra beach is 3 minutes away by car, where you can find crystal blue sea and many watersports for kids to play.
A mini-market is just 4-5 mins walk from the property.
Nikiti and Neos Marmaras is 10 minutes away by car where you can find many restaurants, beach bars, supermarkets, pharmacy bakerys and bars for night life.
A member of the team will meet and greet the guest upon arrival at the premises, complying with safe distancing and precautionary measures against Covid-19. The team member will hand over disinfected house keys and provide apartment specific information, such as where the hot water switch is, wifi access codes etc. We will be readily available to answer questions or provide further information and guidance to guests by phone, throughout their stay.
