The open plan living room is fitted with a double sofa bed, 24" TV and an air-conditioning unit which cools the whole apartment. The living room also accesses the balcony.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven & cooktop, refrigerator, espresso coffee machine, toaster, kitchenware and crockery for meal preparation.
There is a dining table with 3 chairs indoor and outdoor.
The bathroom features a shower.
There is a private washing machine available.
There is 1 A/C unit on the living room, which cools/heats sufficiently the whole apartment.
