There’s a designated dining space with fashionable chairs and a table and the separate kitchen with its serving hatch is ideal for sociability. It features modern white units with accent colours of grey and beige and is perfectly equipped for self-catering when you’re not dining out in one of the conveniently located eateries of Old Brompton Road or Cromwell Road.

A good night’s rest is assured in the two bedrooms. The master has a King-size bed, with lots of built-in storage, plus a leafy vista of the garden below. There’s a good-sized second bedroom with a double bed and storage.

The modern on-trend bathroom has large beige tiles on a neutral canvas. Features include a bathtub with overhead, hand-held shower attachment, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.
