Three-room apartment with sea view, sleeps 4
This delightful 60m2 three-room apartment is immersed in the typical quiet of Viticcio and offers two outdoor spaces where you can eat, a terrace overlooking the sea with table and chairs and a small paved garden full of green plants, with table and chairs and a sun lounger. The eat-in kitchen is very welcoming and spacious, as are the two double bedrooms, one with a French window into the small terrace and one with a window, both with sea views. The sleeping area is completed by a small bathroom with retractable shower and bidet. Double outdoor space, one at the front for exclusive use with incredible Gulf view, one at the entrance (shared but with its own equipped corner for individual use).

Services outside the apartment:

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under the age of 21 are not admitted
- check-in in our offices from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed, with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros *supervised so as not to cause inconvenience to the apartment next door
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
