The Parnasse Terrace is a comfortable 1 bredreoom apartment with terrace and ideally located just minutes from the famous shopping avenue Jean Médecin and the sea.

This 2-persons apartment offers comfortable Queen size bedding and a spacious living area. Its office and its terrace are appreciated both by the business customers and tourism.

The prestigious shops, the pedestrian area, the sea and the green gardens are just a few minutes' walk away.

Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it benefits from free Wi-Fi (by optical fiber).

The apartment is located in the residential area of the musicians whose streets bear the names of famous musicians such as Verdi, Berlioz, Rossini, Mozart.
It is recommended to walk there to admire the facades with the Belle Epoque architecture of the palaces and numerous hotels.
The proximity of the cafés and numerous restaurants in the pedestrian zone and the old town allows you to stroll and discover the local culinary specialties.

You also have direct access to the bus and tram stops, allowing you to easily move around Nice and its surroundings.

Perfect accommodation for two in Nice
We were visiting Nice for the first time and wanted a one bedroom apartment in the same neighbourhood as some friends who have a long-term rental in Nice. We noticed this apartment on VRBO and it met all our criteria. The apartment itself turned out to be exactly as advertised. There was a good-sized bedroom (for Europe) with a queen bed and patio doors that opened onto the balcony. The bathroom was relatively spacious with a tub and shower. The living room was comfortable with a bed-couch and a small desk. There was a TV but we couldn't get it to work. The living room had a door to a relatively wide balcony where there was a wooden patio table and two chairs. There were also patio doors off the living room where the balcony was somewhat narrower but nevertheless provided for a breeze through the apartment. The kitchen was small but had all of the advertised features including a washing machine (and Nestor & Jeeves provided clear instructions on how to use all the appliances). The only two negatives were that the refrigerator was quite small and there was no microwave. There was also a dinning room table beside the kitchen in the living room that sat four people. When we arrived, the apartment seemed clean but as time went on we noticed that the cleaning was quite superficial. The other negative aspect of this apartment is that there was a lot of street noise due to traffic and the fact that there is a supermarket across the street which received deliveries very early every morning. The apartment also does not have air-conditioning but we visited in the fall so that wasn't an issue. With all this said, we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to rent the apartment again.

Central Location to Everything Great in Nice
This apartment is wonderfully located close to all the sights, activities, and amenities for which folks come to Nice. Just five minutes walk from a connecting tram station from the Nice Train Station (Gare de Nice-Ville) from the Promenade des Anglais from the from Avenue Jean Médecin ... and a scant ten minute walk to Nice Vieille Ville. The apartment is open and light, not exactly spacious, but roomy for two people. All of the appliances worked well, the furniture was comfortable, and we felt quite safe and secure here. Honestly, I can't think of anything that I think needs any improvement. The only comment I might make is that for those not used to inner city life there is a constant level of urban noise that takes some getting used to ... but that is just part of the experience.
