Summary:
Welcome to this quintessential Blue River cabin with three bedrooms and a loft. The house is an ideal retreat for those looking to enjoy all that Summit County has to offer! Breckenridge is less than 10 minutes away and there are hiking and biking trails close by. The home is nestled on a wooded lot with the serene Pennsylvania creek running along the backside and features a fully equipped kitchen, large deck, multiple wood burning fireplaces, and a game room with foosball and ping pong!
The Space:
This home has a great layout for families and friends looking to spend time together enjoying Summit County. The first floor has a kitchen, dining room and living room spread out over a large space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a chef needs to prepare a meal at home. The dining table is quite large and for the largest of groups there is a second dining table for overflow seating. There is a very large outdoor deck off of the dining room that enjoys the sound of the Pennsylvania Creek running behind it. Just off of the dining room is the living room, which has furniture, a mounted TV, and a wood burning fireplace. The first floor also has one bedroom with a queen bed and one full bathroom with a shower/tub.
The second floor of the house has one bedroom with two twin beds and one full bathroom with a shower/tub. The second floor also features a loft with a twin sized trundle bed and a decorative fireplace. Lastly, there is a small playroom for children on the second floor.
The basement of the house features a game room with a ping pong table and a foosball table. The basement also has one bedroom with one queen and one twin bed. There is also one bathroom in the basement that has been completely remodeled and has a large walk-in shower and radiant floor heating. Lastly, there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer that guests will have access to during their stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions a few days before their arrival through the booking platforms app or email.
The Neighborhood:
Once you leave the cabin, adventure awaits in every direction! A short drive will bring you to Wheeler, Bemrose, McCullough Gulch, and Quandary Trails for hiking or mountain biking among pine trees, along creeks, and into the mountains. A short drive up Route 9 brings you to downtown Breckenridge, where you can take in the many splendors of this old mountain town. Breckenridge is a cultural hub with festivals, dining, shopping experiences, and the world-famous ski resort.
Getting Around:
Free public transportation options include the Summit Stage buses. Uber and Lyft is also available.
Other Things to Note:
Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay.
Guests will need 4WD in the winter months to access the driveway.
Absolutely no animals inside the home due to a family member being deathly allergic.
Depending upon snowpack, the number of cars the driveway can accommodate changes, between 3–4 cars with a max of 5 total.
Please note that there are security cameras at the front of the house, side of the house and the deck for security purposes.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
