This freshly updated dual family home was originally built in 1890. The 800 sq/ft upper unit is independent of the lower unit. This two BR/1 BA fully furnished home is ready for your next visit to CO. Located four blocks east of downtown, with quick access to I-25 and Hwy 24 you will be poised to adventure the region's many attractions in minutes. If relaxing at your home away from home is your goal; enjoy this beautiful modern style getaway.

The space

This home is ready for everyone including families with kids. There are 2 bedrooms each furnished with queen bed accommodations. The kitchen is fully functional and stocked with spices, condiments, a variety of utensils, pots/ pans, and place settings for 6+. Linens, towels, and comforters are provided for your convenience. All laundry is professionally cleaned after every guest for your safety at Laundry Time.

Guests may use the washer/dryer, all kitchen appliances, Roku/Firestick, Amazon Prime/Netflix video services, BlueRay players

Nice for a one night stay
We rented this as an alternative to a hotel - long drive home from vaca and wanted to break it up. I messaged the owner a couple of days before check in as I hadn't heard from them. They replied right away, but said they don't give out that information until the house is ready to be checked in to. I understand, but have always been contacted with info at least a couple days early. The home is a dual family property, rental on the second floor. Stairs are very narrow and steep. Lucky for us, we just had an overnight bag. There is a note when you get in to remove your shoes and that shoes are not allowed upstairs. The place was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We walked a short distance to get some dinner. It was perfect for our stay. I think it should be noted for anyone wanting to rent this place that they do not allow any use of marijuana on the property. Again - not an issue with us as my husband and I are old and had our 15 year old with us, so we didn't care. But, for others who may be visiting this particular state and having the assumption that it would be welcomed should know about this in my opinion. Good stay overall, but wanted to note some weird rules this property has that I have not found in the 20+ other rental properties I have rented over the years.

Very cute place, close to the historic downtown area (short walk to Acacia Park). Only drawback, fairly steep staircase to get to the unit (which is on the 2nd floor).

Great Spot in Colorado Springs
This is our second time to stay at this location. This place is in a quiet neighborhood and has all the amenities you will need. We spend a lot of our time in Old Colorado Springs, so this the perfect location. We work in the mornings during our visit and the WIFI can handle two of us on Zoom calls at the same time. The owners are nice and easy to work with if you have a question about something. Stay here! You will be glad you did!

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient
My daughter and I had a great time. The location (just a few blocks from everything in downtown Colorado Springs) was perfect. The condo was extremely clean. We didn't use it, but the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and there was an abundance of hot water. The photos were accurate. This was one of the best vacation rentals I have enjoyed through the years. The only negative was that the staircase to the second floor was narrow and steep, but this was a minor inconvenience.

Cannot Praise It Enough!!
After a week and a half of spending nights in hotels, it was very refreshing to spend the last few nights of our family vacation is such a comfortable and homey environment. The modern-style apartment was super clean, well maintained, and organized. We had easy and quick access to all attractions and did not waste any time stuck in traffic. The owners were available to answer all of our questions before and during the stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Colorado Springs area :)
