Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so hopeful that we had picked the perfect place. Until we went to pull out the sofa bed and discovered it had absolutely no mattress protector or sheets on it. It was covered in disgusting stains filled with dirt and sand. There was no way I’d let one of my children sleep on it. We reach out multiple times with no solution. They offered to send someone to clean the condo, which did not solve the bedding issue. Again they offered nothing else to accommodate this problem.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this complex a few times. 4B is a easy walk across the street to beach. I thankfully took a sound machine, it is very noisy. At night cars and music is so loud. The bedroom furniture is terrible! Needs to be replaced. All the drawers are broken and very bad shape. There is no tv in bedroom either. The kitchen is very nice. They need some end tables in living room, no where to sit your drinks. With paying 1,600$ for a week I think it could be nicer.

Very small space for public access. They pack you in a space that is about 15 yards wide while the private beach is huge and no one even uses it.

The location of the condo was great. Beach right across the street, walking distance to shops and places to eat. The condo was pretty clean except the dirty sheets left on the pull out bed (couch), old fruit under the couch and medication on the bathroom floor they missed while cleaning. We called Benchmark, the issues were all resolved and they apologized for the oversights.

It has a large balcony overlooking the grounds and the tennis courts. It is directly across the street from the beach access, so it's a five minute walk or less to the sand. It's also next door to the Tom Thumb, so there's easy access to it for ice, drinks, gas, etc. We called in the maintenance man to explain the workings of the thermostat, and he was very helpful. We were very pleased with the stay.

Great family experience
We stayed for 7 days at this property. It was extremely easy to get to/from the beach. The grounds of the property were well kept. The pool was nice, and the location of the development couldn't have been better for our needs. This was a very affordable and comfortable stay for our family.
