The main bedroom offers a king bed, designer bedding, with a full main bathroom adjoining. There is an additional sleeping area with two cozy twin over twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids, with another full bathroom next to it. You will love the nice coastal details in the comfortable and accommodating living area with a queen sofa sleeper and well-coordinated furnishings as well as access to the large balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico. If you decide to make meals in, you can do so from a fully-updated kitchen with full-size appliances and all the housewares you will need for meal preparation. There is also a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Come and stay at Beach Resort 514, where you can relax in comfort.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
