Things you need to know
Beautiful unit, well stocked kitchen. If you drink coffee bring your own coffee pot. The knockoff kuerig was old leaked and made the coffee taste awful. The Hub across the street sells good coffee. Very dusty ceiling fans, vents and dust boards probably have never been dusted or cleaned. Personally i always look at those things. The garage code did not work. The garage was stocked with beach items I was told were not available at the unit; 2 bikes, 3 beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler, lots of beach toys. No details were provided about the community, pool access code, or beach access points. So ill tell you. There are 2 pools a north and south pool. The North pool is closest (down the street) its much larger and possibly heated. There is a large covered grill area, gazebo and lots of chairs and loungers. The bathrooms are large and clean. The south pool is across the street near the Hub. Its smaller and the water was colder.
The closet beach access is Deer Park. Its .60miles away you can walk, ride a bike or drive. There is parking but can fill quickly due to the limited space. There is a access fee of $3. But worth to have a large beach access with public restrooms. The other close access points are towards SeaCrest I believe I counted 3. One has some street parking across from the entry near a tree line. The others have a small bike rack. But no public restroom nearby.
Overall its a nice home just needs some care and Vacasa needs to be better informed of the unit.
