Vantage Pointe offers peaceful bay front living with views of the golf course and sparking blue bay waters from the screened in porch. This 3BR-3.5BA townhome offers three bedroom suites in addition to a loft area providing sleeping accommodations for 8 guests. Owners have graciously provided an air mattress and pack-n-play for smaller children.

The spacious living room offers comfortable seating and a large HDTV. The downstairs flooring is hardwood and tile with carpet upstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals and includes both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig beverage maker. An open floor plan allows everyone to enjoy the living space together. There is a gas grill on the screened porch. The dining room table seats six in addition to bar stool seating. The screened in porch is the perfect location for leisurely afternoons and evenings.

The first floor bedroom offers a king bed and HDTV and is adjacent to a full bathroom complete with a tub/shower combination. There is also a guest bath on first floor. Upstairs is home to the second bedroom comfortably furnished with a king bed, generous closet space, and an HDTV and private balcony. The adjoining bathroom offers a double vanity and a tub/shower combination Just down the hallway is the third bedroom with a king bed, HDTV and full bathroom with tub/shower combination. The private balcony off this bedroom offers a spectacular bay view. Accessible from this bedroom is also a loft which offers additional sleeping space with two twin beds and view of bay.

The Resort is the premier vacation destination on the Emerald Coast. You will enjoy sugar white beaches, 4 golf courses, 15 world class tennis courts, a full marina with water sports, catch and release fishing, swimming pools, a fitness center with full spa, and 11 miles of walking, jogging or bicycling trails.

The Village of Baytowne Wharf is a short two miles away by tram. The Wharf, in the heart of the Resort, offers a unique experience. The shopping, restaurants, children’s playground, arcade, zip line and seasonal entertainment are designed for the family experience. For an extra treat, don’t miss the weekly summer fireworks display. The marina and bar are within walking distance from Baytowne Wharf and offer serene sunset views, fun drinks, and rental water sport activities. Jolee Island Nature Park is just moments away and provides picnic grounds, a grilling area, and a playground. Tram passes are provided, so step aboard the resort-wide shuttle and take a ride from Vantage Pointe to the Baytowne Wharf or the Beach.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
