*Let yourself be tempted by this cozy apartment, perfect for 4 people, where you will be able to have breakfast like a king on the cute terrace that is just waiting for you (it works also for cocktails, lunch, dinner and in-between snacks...)*


**As far as the layout, things are looking pretty good:**


- A beautiful living room with a sofa, great arm chairs (more like king thrones actually!), a dining table for 4 and a flat-screen TV.


- A large open floor kitchen to complement the living area, with all that you will need to cook like a real Chef (or just make toasts) and of course equipped with one of those Nespresso coffee machines (what else?) to drink something with the toasts.


- 2 bedrooms, both suite-style with double beds, closet and private full bathroom with shower and toilets in each.


- And, the icing on the cake, the terrace, with a dining table.



**APARTMENT HIGHLIGHTS:**


- Ideal location in the Pointe Croisette area of Cannes, with plenty of restaurants and beaches right at the foot of the building.
- Air conditioning in all rooms.
- Double-pane windows for optimal comfort and calm.
- High-speed Wifi because all you need is love and wifi.
- Shared parking lot within the property, on a first-come first-served basis.

- FROM APRIL TO SEPTEMBER, a parking space is booked to the private parking "La roseraie" 200/300 meters from the apartment, and offered.

**AND AS A BONUS :**


- Bed linen for each bed, 1 large and 1 small bath towel is provided per person (the sizes are not adjustable to each person, no matter how one may stretch them) with extra linen available upon request (additional fee).
- A map of the city with booklet of must-see places (and must-not).
- A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee...).


**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, day or night parties are not allowed. Pets are not accepted, except if very small and upon request and approval. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks ONLY outside the apartment.**


**SOME GEOGRAPHY:**


After just a few steps in your street, the famous Boulevard de la Croisette, you will be able to pick your favorite activity within less than two and a half minutes (unless you decide to walk on your hands):


- Visit the Bijou Plage beach to do some skinny dipping or just find a spot at an outdoor cafe to feast on the catch of the day.


- Order from the cocktail menu at l’Ecrin bar, day or(and) night.


- Convince the entire family (or friends, neighbors...) to follow you to the Place de l’Etang for a pétanque game.


And within less than a 10-minute drive:


- Behave like movie-stars and take selfies on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (don't worry, everyone does that) or just go to work if you are here for a trade show or for business.


- Board a train to an unknown destination (or maybe take a ride along the coast).


- Use your imagination while discovering the city center but only by walking on the odd-numbered side of the streets.

**!! CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT INFORMATION !!**

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
