This place has everything you will need for the perfect stay away from home: comfort, 100m² of living space, plenty of natural light, terrace with a view of the sea, luxury residential property with swimming pool and tennis court, and great amenities, including:

- A magnificent living room with sofa and arm chair, flat-screen TV, dining table for 6 people, unique decoration and an amazing unobstructed view.

- A large well-equipped kitchen with everything you will need, especially a Nespresso coffee machine (what else ?), as well as a diner-style table and a beautiful kitchen knives set (a must for serious cooking).

- A first bedroom suite with its private bathroom with shower, storage space and TV.

- A second bedroom suite with double bed (2 juxtaposed single frames), storage space, desk, TV and private bathroom with toilets.

- The feature terrace with a dining area for 4, sun-bathing chairs, a lounge area with a sofa, and shade which you will appreciate at the end of the summer days.

- Air conditioning: please use common sense and avoid setting it to 18 degrees in the middle of August or even July.

- Tennis court (must reserve your time slot).
- Common parking in front of the residence
- Absolute peace and quiet location (the birds chirping around is not considered as a nuisance).

**AND AS A BONUS**

- All bed linen provided for each bed as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. **Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.**
- A map of the city and transportation with booklet of must-see places (and must-not).
- A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...).

**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed except small sizes and upon approval. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.**

**LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION:**

After a few minutes by car (of bicycle), you will reach the Avenue Maréchal Juin, a main thoroughfare that will lead you to the following points of interests, in less than a few minutes:

- The famous beaches of the Mouré Rouge or the Palm Beach areas, for a day in the sun.
- The Boulevard Alexandre III, for a night at the theater.
- The Port Canto harbor, to rent a yacht, or just sit on a bench and do people-watching while dreaming about renting a yacht (your banker will thank you later).
- The Ecrin beach lounge/bar, to sip a cocktail, with or without alcohol depending on your preference.
- The famous Croisette, to either go for a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote controlled boats.
- The towns of Golfe Juan and Juan Les Pins, to explore their beaches and picturesque coastline.

**And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!**

Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. Well do our best to assist you during your stay.

**!! INFOS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT!!**

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
