This Beaver Lake home is the perfect vacation property, with plenty of room to relax both outdoors and inside! Enjoy exploring the seclusion and beauty of 8 mostly wooded acres with 900 feet of shoreline. There is only one other home within sight, and it is occupied mainly on certain summer weekends. There is a rock path down to the water's edge and private dock, which has a swim dock and ladder for warm weather and a covered sitting area. Try your hand fishing for bass and panfish from the dock or bring your boat and use Big Clifty boat ramp 2 miles away. Enjoy sitting in one of multiple areas of the extensive deck or covered screened-in porch.
The master bedroom is on the main level with its own private bath. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms and a large bunkroom. There is plenty of room to relax in common areas as well. On the main level you will find a pool table and sitting areas in addition to the main living area with a smart TV. Downstairs is another living area with a large couch and smart TV. There is a wood-burning fireplace in the main living area for chilly winter nights.
Gather friends and family around the large kitchen island and make your favorite meals using the Viking cooktop, Subzero refrigerator, and 2 Bosch dishwashers. Kitchen also has under counter drink refrigerator and under counter ice maker. Keep your meal warm in the built-in warming drawer.
Want a break from cooking and privacy? Historic Eureka Springs is a 20 minute drive down the road with unique restaurants and eclectic shopping. Hobbs State Park with its hiking trails is a quick 20 minute drive the other direction. Fayetteville, Bentonville, Rogers, and Springdale are all within an hour. Spring Creek marina rents boats, you are welcome to tie up on the north side of our dock.
DirecTV and wi-fi service are provided. AT&T cell phone signal is excellent at the property. If you have a carrier other than AT&T, you will need to use the Wi-Fi to call and text.
There is a 2-car attached garage that can be used to park your vehicle in. There is a large upper gravel parking area that can accommodate several vehicles and/or trailers, and a lower gravel parking pad outside the garage doors.
To reach this private paradise, the last 1/2 mile of county road is gravel but maintained. The last 300 feet is a bit steep. We have never had difficulty in our front wheel Lexus sedan or our Totota Tacoma pickup truck which are both 2-wheel drive. If there is any snow or ice, a 4-wheel drive vehicle would be best.
