I have the great pleasure to welcome you in my warm accommodation with BALCONY, located in the center of COMBLOUX, ideal for a stay for 2 persons. It is located at 15 min with car from the chairlift and you will have the opportunity to enjoy the mountain and all its activities.

## Logement
The apartment is composed of a living space with a sofa bed, a functional kitchen with a refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, boiler, toaster, raclette machine, and a bathroom with hair dryer, washing machine and iron.

It is fully equipped and will be perfect for a ski trip, ideally for two people.

You will also have a BALCONY with a nice view. You can also enjoy the TV on the evening after a day on the slopes skiing.

Yu will be close to all the shops, pedestrian streets, and various ski rental services such as the SKISET - SKI AND BIKE at 6 min by car and the Skimium - SUPER GLISSE (at 6 min by car) !

The ski lifts to access the slopes are also easily accessible and you will also find the famous Plan d'eau Biotope, which is one of the main attractions in the area, only 7 min away by car. The Lac de Passy is a 19 minute drive away, for various activities such as swimming at Mont-Blanc Plage and go-karting at Mont-Blanc Passy.

You will find nearby shops such as the Intermarché SUPER at 18 minutes by car and a Carrefour at 15 minutes.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
