No Smoking: Legislature of the State of Arizona Section 1. Section 9-500.39, Arizona Revised Statutes Section 7 "To prohibit smoking outside of the vacation rental or short-term rental within 100 feet of a residential structure. Guests will be charged an additional $500 for non-compliance.

SURVEILLANCE: Surveillance / Noise Monitoring Equipment - A.R.S 9-500.39 and 11-269.17 (Tampering with equipment is a civil penalty prescribed in section 42-1125.02, subsection B.) Surveillance (video & audio) and noise monitoring equipment are in place, on the exterior of the property, and non-compliant guests are subject to additional charges ($500).
