Two master bedrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens. Perfect TWO families traveling together!

They say location is everything....and we have to agree! Located at the top of the mountain near Seven Springs NEWEST lift, this top floor, corner, end-unit property is perfect for those looking for amazing views and easy access to all of the hiking and biking trails that Seven Springs has to offer.

This condo has also been freshly painted and completely redesigned to take advantage of it's large space. At 1200 sq. feet, this spacious 2 bed/2 bath is the perfect solution for two families traveling together! Or for those who prefer "a little more space" while on vacation. There are two separate units in this property-- side A (orange) and side B (lime)-- joined by a single entryway...making this one of the most unique and flexible stay properties at Seven Springs. The two units combined into one give you access to the entire end corner of the building with windows on three sides.

A (ORANGE)
Brand-new furniture and carpeting throughout. Our custom counter-height dining table (she's a beast!) seats 8 people comfortably and doubles as a prep space/kitchen island! It's the perfect space to enjoy a cocktail after a day of fun on the slopes. There's even room for a laptop or two if you plan on sending out a few emails (yep, we have wifi!)...

Relax in the first living room in our hanging "lift-chair" while enjoying the big game or your favorite Netflix show on the 55-inch Smart-TV. Kids (both big and small!) will love the round, orange seats that provide flexible seating options for the space. The comfy couch also has a queen memory foam sleeper inside for added sleep space.

In the master bedroom, our custom-made queen bed houses a full-sized trundle bed underneath. This set up is perfect for families with little ones that insist on sleeping nearby! The bedside table has a built-in USB charger for up to two devices. We have also included a built-in desk area ideal for a quick conference call or video chat. The desk also has a pop-up outlet/usb charging station perfect for all of your devices.

Staying here with little ones? Well, we have two little ones too so we get it....Hopefully, these included items can help make your stay here a bit easier: a step stool for washing hands/brushing teeth and night lights to ward off the Abominable Snowman/local Yeti (They are both a bit camera shy...). We know we haven't thought of everything but our hope is to help you parents out a little.

Leaving the kiddos at home? Or no kids at all? Don't worry... this condo doesn't scream "Mother Goose was here". We think a few of these included amenities will help make your stay here wonderful too: luggage rack, iron, make-up remover wipes, hair dryer, bottle opener (BYOB), wine opener (BYOW), blender, toaster, on-site laundry (BYOD), single-serve coffee maker (BYOC), cable-tv, wifi, and a bluetooth speaker.

The Mother-in-law suite: B (LIME)
"B" boasts brand-new furniture and carpeting throughout. Our custom wall-mounted bar seats 4 people comfortably! It's the perfect space to enjoy a cocktail after a day of fun at Seven Springs.

In the bedroom, our custom-made queen platform bed faces a large window so you can enjoy the amazing views available during your stay. The bedside table has a built-in USB charger for up to two devices. There is also a queen memory foam sleeper in the living room sofa.

In the bathroom there is also another step stool for washing hands/brushing teeth and night lights throughout the unit.

Additional items located in "B": luggage rack, iron, make-up remover wipes, bottle opener (BYOB), wine opener (BYOW), blender, single-serve coffee maker (BYOC), cable-tv, wifi, Bluetooth speaker and a Smart TV. Netflix also available!

We LOVE all things clean so we make sure that ALL of our bed linens are changed in-between guests, including the comforters! We also wash all throw blankets in-between guest stays. Clean is our middle name.

This condo is also a stone's throw away from the shuttle stop so you can go and enjoy time at the Lodge without the worry of driving and parking.

Located outside is are TWO locking ski lockers for all of your outdoor equipment. Each unit (A and B) have keys to separate ski lockers.

During the summer months this condo is a short 3 minute walk to the swimming pool/hot tub (OPEN MEMORIAL DAY- LABOR DAY), playground, tennis and basketball courts. **The pool and hot tub require keycard access. A keycard will be provided. Lost or unreturned keycards will result in a $150 replacement fee.

Sporting Clays are just a short 2-minute drive up the road, with the Golf Course less than a 5-minute drive. Shuttle service may be available to both depending upon the season, day and time.

We have also installed a wall-mounted hand sanitizer dispenser for guests to use while enjoying the property. Please wash your hands upon arrival and any time when returning to the property.

Shoes must be removed upon entry and must be stored by the front door of the unit. Shoes are not to be worn in the main living area of the property.

Wow! Perfect Ski-in Ski-Out stay!
Highly recommend this condo for your Seven Springs visit. Modern, updated, pristinely clean and comfortable. Very convenient for hopping right on the slopes or grabbing the shuttle to go to the lodge. The host was extremely responsive, flexible/accommodating and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location, meticulously clean, and spacious
We enjoyed our stay over the MLK holiday weekend. The 2 unit is spacious and the place was great for our stay. Loved the cleanliness, beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of sheets, blankets, and towels provided. The ski in/out location was perfect not needing to drive or take the shuttle to the lodge although definitely an option running continuously. The ski lockers are convenient. I wouldn't have known it was the top level (2 flights of stairs) if I hadn't gone through the reviews. Not a problem for us but think it's good information to be aware of. The pull out couches were nice for additional accommodations but if there were black out curtains to pull across the balcony doors like the windows, it would've made the stay a bit nicer for our teens/young adults who wanted to sleep in a bit. Only one hiccup was the Nest thermostat automatically being a bit warm for our comfort but it was readily addressed with the owner. Great communication with the owner and even accommodating a possible late check-out but ended up not needing it. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend - thank you, Amy!

I live in Pittsburgh and have two crazy (adorably cute!) little boys. I love sports, traveling, and real estate (it's my side hustle)- demolition is my therapy and yes, my tool collection is extensive (ok, it's out of control). I tend to own cars longer than the house that we call our primary residence. Family is the most important thing in the world to me. I work hard and play hard. Oh, and I love coming up to Springs to get away from it all. In a nutshell, that's me!

As a frequent business traveler, it's the little things that can make or break a good-night's stay. Having a clean place to stay isn't a sacrificial "option" for me. It's a MUST! While traveling for business or pleasure, there is no better feeling than crawling into a bed with quality, clean linens. Or getting out of the shower and grabbing a super soft, oversized, luxury bath towel. Or even walking into your hotel room and feeling inspired by the design, the colors, the fabric choices. These are the same feelings that I want our guests to experience while staying at this property. I have always said that wherever we stay at on vacation, it needs to be nicer than the home we currently live in. I want to feel like we are on vacation! I don't want to feel like we need to bring a sledgehammer and a gallon of paint to make the place look livable! My goal is to continually improve on your experience at our property. With the many new updates, renovations, and additions that I have planned, I am hopeful that you will return and each visit, fall more in love with this home-away-from-your-home.
