This typical Parisian apartment can sleep up to 2 people. Fitted with a comfy sofa, unwind in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city.
The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home!

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

NOTE: There is no elevator in this building. The flat and building aren't suitable for reduced mobility persons unfortunately.

Dogs are allowed in the flat but it needs to be specified during pre approval

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during the stay.

Nestled in a listed building in old Paris, the studio is facing south and bathed in light.

There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking in the facility. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a smoking fee of at least € 200.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use of utilities policy will apply with a limit of € 80 included.
