House located in a landlocked housing estate, quiet, far from noise. You will be awakened by the chirping of birds. House on two levels (Ground floor + 1 floor, it is comfortably furnished and conducive to meals and warm family evenings.
The house is surrounded by a very beautiful, well-kept garden secured by an alarm, surveillance camera and a motorized gate that preserves the calm of the residents.

It's got all the comfort you could possibly want and is decorated with great taste, so you can feel right at home as soon as you arrive.
It's got a comfortable living space and an equipped kitchen so you can cook up a storm, and there's a garden for you to enjoy!

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on the phone concierge service that can provide you assistance any time of the day.

10 minutes on foot, you can buy bread from the baker, pastry chef, vegetables and fruit from the greengrocer or the neighborhood supermarket (Carrefour, Aldi, Lidl, grocery store) or go to the farmer 20 minutes on foot or at the weekly market to meet the traders and stock up on fresh and local products.

Flamande House, accommodation is a real invitation to put down roots. You can visit the heart of Valenciennes and enjoy the charms of the North region, with its red brick houses and belfries and its historical past. Some 20 minutes from the towns of Marchiennes and Anzin which inspired the beautiful novel by Zola Germinal, the town of Valenciennes still bears traces of the past. You can visit the historical mining center of Lewarde. A few flights away, you will taste the good beers of the North and the maroilles fricassees in any brasserie, without forgetting the legendary fricadelles, the sweet waffles... In short, a real change of scenery for those who want to discover the back-paid.

A bus stop is located 1-minute walk away and will take you to Valenciennes Center in 15 minutes and to Valenciennes train station in 20 minutes.

Valenciennes TGV station serves Paris Nord, Douai, Arras, Lille Flandres, Lille Europe, and all the surrounding towns.

1h30 from Brussels, 1h30 from Bruges, 10 minutes from Valenciennes Centre, 35 minutes from Lille, 1h45 from Paris.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
