Both bedrooms contain a comfy double bed and two single beds, respectively. Upon arrival, complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up, such as a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. There's also a washer for all your laundry needs! Fresh towels and free toiletries will be supplied for your convenience.

Note: This apartment is situated on the second floor, accessible only by stairs, as there is no elevator.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

The Butte aux Cailles is one of those areas of Paris that has managed to keep a village soul. The Butte is ideal for walkers.

There are no Haussmannian buildings there or large avenues, just charming little houses and cobbled streets.

My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train!

The nearest train station is Place d'Italie (Lines 5,6,7) - just 1 min away on foot. There's also Corvisart station (Line 6) just 3 mins away. From these stations, you can go to various places in or on the outskirts of Paris!

Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is 33 mins drive from the flat.

This property is a self-check-in property, and to collect the keys, you will have to go to a collection point which is 14 minutes walk from the apartment.

You will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
