The gas fireplace will warm up the entire condo in the blink of an eye–snuggle up on the couch with a cup of coffee and watch a fun TV show on the flatscreen TV while your warm up your feet. The private washer/dryer is a great addition that will allow the entire group to pack light, which is always convenient. After shredding the slopes, make sure to head over to the shared hot tub to take a deliciously warm dip that will remove all the knots on your back. If you'd like to save up some cash, get groceries and goodies at any of the nearby stores and grocery shops and surprise everyone with a savory meal prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen.

Summer guests can head over to Sage Outdoor Adventures for horseback riding, snowmobiling, fishing, and even whitewater rafting tours. Winter visitors have all the slopes of Copper Mountain to enjoy like Scooter and Loverly for the beginners and Main Vein and Bounce for the more advanced snow enthusiasts. If you’re visiting in the summertime, these same chairlifts will take you up to miles of trails for hiking or mountain biking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
