This spectacular 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condominium is located in North Myrtle Beach for your vacation getaway. You have access to the oceanfront balcony from both the living area and master bedroom. This unit has 4 flat screen televisions that offer numerous channels for your viewing pleasure. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances as well as a Kuerig coffee maker. It is fully equipped with all dishwasher, glassware, cooking and serving utensils and pots/pans. The unit has been recently renovated throughout. Such upgrades include new counter tops and paint in the bathrooms, a full size washer/dryer combo. The outdoor amenities include outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, whirlpool spas, grill area (four large green egg cookers) and picnic tables. The property is located just minutes away from all major attractions such as; Barefoot Landing (which provided restaurants, night life, retail shopping and specialty boutiques), Alligator Adventure, Ripley's Aquarium, The Sky Wheel, Broadway at the Beach, Pirates Voyage, Watersport/Fishing, Myrtle Beach Grand Prix, Wonderworks, Top Golf and the Wax Museum just to mention a few. This unit definitely possesses the WOW factor!

Disappointing
Condo was not cleaned from previous renters when we arrived-around 5 pm. Several calls to Grand Strand and they finally sent someone who did a very good job of cleaning-finishing around 8:30. Condo was just adequate. Dishes etc. looked like garage sale and hand me downs. The 2 frying pans had seen better days. Vases glued down(why??) Refrigerator was blinking that filters needed changing. We love Windy Hill Dunes but this one was not worth the price.

Terrible Marijuana Smell
We have stayed here several times and loved it, but this time the Marijuana smell coming through the air vents was terrible. It was a terrible smell all week.

Very Enjoyable! Beautiful views!
We are repeat Windy Hill Dunes guests and have stayed in probably 5 different rooms there. The oceanfront view is amazing and there is not a bad seat in the house! My kids always enjoy the lazy river and pool and short walk to the beach. The bed was the most comfortable bed away from home I have ever experienced! The only thing I would change about the condo is there are many oversized furniture items that could be removed. It made the condo look smaller and there is not much room around the dining table. Oversized furniture also made it difficult getting in and out of the doorway, on top of the angled entryway. But other than that, the unit has been somewhat updated but could use a couple more updates. Overall our stay was very enjoyable though :)

VERY nice!
It is a fairly typical high rise condo building, but the condo is truly unique, roomy, just nicely laid out, well furnished, as if someone's home. Very nice, upscale. There are a lot of HOA rules, but nothing we would not do anyway. We kept it nice, cleaned in detail after our stay.

Property underachieved
There were too many inconveniences for us to stay at this location again. Parking is really tight in a parking garage across the road from the condo. We had to use the elevator in the parking garages to get to the 3rd floor walkway to walk across the road to the building then use another elevator to get to our unit’s floor. An unload area on the ground floor of the building is available but it is really tight. I don’t recommend taking a crew cab truck inside. No bathroom at the pool or near the pool as you had to go back to the condo to use the restroom and/or care for small children. You have to use a flashlight during the daytime to open your unit’s door as there is not enough light (the exterior lights are dusk to dawn…)The sliding glass door sticks so bad it takes a lot of effort to open. Will look for a different condo unit on future visits.

I was bit disappointed that I was unable to smoke anywhere on the premises and had to go out to the sidewalk every time I wanted a cigarette. It seemed that a couple of doors down at beach club II I saw people smoking on their patios. I may consider staying elsewhere for that reason next time. At very least I’ll make sure to look closer to those details before booking

Family Vacation.
This location is PERFECT!!! It’s so close to the beach and pool. The condo is beautiful, the bedrooms and bathrooms are large and well maintained. The furtinure and amenities are high end . There are televisions in every room equipped with cable tv and the WiFi worked well. We will be booking again next year!!!

wonderful place
This was a lovely vacation condo - everything was just as pictured in the listing. We were a little too close to the pool and deck but that was our over sight. The HOA kept a close watch on activities and we had a peaceful 10 days. The beach is unbelievably close! And the house was fantastic. We had a couple small issues that were immediately addressed and corrected quickly.
