The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living area to the fully equipped kitchen, where you'll find modern stainless appliances, ample granite counter space, and all the necessary cookware to whip up delicious meals.

Unit 5D is in a vacation condo resort with 3 BR, 3 BA and 1750 sq ft., with each bedroom having a private bathroom and comfortable beds adorned with high quality linens. The master bedroom boasts its own private circular balcony, allowing you to wake up to the sounds of the waves crashing against the shore. There is a large King Master bedroom and private ensuite bathroom with double sinks, jacuzzi tub and large walk-in shower. The additional 2 guest bedrooms...one a queen bed; the other: 2 twins, all have private ensuite bathrooms and both guest bedrooms have Juliet-balconies with gorgeous views of the Sound and remainder of the Island.

Beach Colony East is a gated resort and offers many amenities such as having the largest pool on the island (Olympic-size), clay tennis court, pickle-ball, cornhole, shuffleboard, fitness center, social room and 6 charcoal grills (grills not allowed on balconies). Beach chairs, umbrellas and LOTS of beach/pool toys provided by owners in outside storage closet. Longest fishing pier in FL @1545 ft long and 30 ft high). Guests may rent additional chairs and umbrellas on beach if desired from LDVbeach.com. Usually requires 2-3 days advance booking.

You'll have access to a variety of outdoor activities, such as swimming, snorkeling, surfing, fishing, and beachcombing. Excellent location for Bicyclists. Additionally, there are 5 restaurants within walking distance, with many more across the short bridge into Navarre proper.
