Easy and quiet condo with a nice view nice view
Overall it's a nice place, good location, good view. There were a few housekeeping issues related to bed and bath linens. Also a few maintenance issues related to things like burnt out light bulbs. These were taken to the property manager who quickly responded back to us for resolve.

Very nice pool and beach access. Nice overall condo however, some light bulbs burned out, dishwasher broken, no beach towels, sofa is older. Management came to fix dishwasher, but it wasn't fixed.

Location and Space
First and foremost, if you reserve this property, you'll still need to sign a rental agreement before arrival. That said, this location is fantastic - especially if you have business at the air force base or the space center, which are extremely close. Beach is a short distance away, and is not crowded. Property is what you'd expect - full (small) kitchen, with all appliances including dish washer and laundry. Upstairs bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower. Lots of space, plenty of parking. Deck has a nice side-view of the ocean. Waves are easily heard. Neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors are nice.

Overall a pretty good place to stay!
Location was amazing. There are lots of stairs so if be sure everyone in your group can handle that. The on-site office has a sign that says permanently closed so no one on-site. If you do have questions - contact owner directly. Our only complaint is that we had to supply our own toilet paper (good thing we realized that before we ran out)! Also, we did see a couple roaches but with tourists from all over & this being a condo I don’t know that that could be completely prevented. There are 2 queen beds & a pull out couch which provided plenty of space but pull out couch isn’t the most comfortable for 2 bigger kids or an adult.

Great location
I booked this at the last minute when the place I had booked was sold. The booking process was easy the condo was clean and easy check in and check out. Location is wonderful the pool was warm. Seems like most of the people stay there all winter everyone was very friendly. The only negative is the living room furniture is not very comfortable but we weren't inside much.
