- Very well located, in Les Praz, 800m from the Flégère ski lift
- Apartment very well equipped and nicely decorated to feel good
- Easy to park there thanks to its underground parking space
- A ski locker to facilitate logistics in winter
Everything has been thought out to make your holidays with family or friends in Chamonix a memorable experience.

INTERIOR
Apartment completely renovated, very nicely decorated and very well equipped, it consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies with views of Mont Blanc on one side and Brevent / Flégère on the other. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

LOCATION
The La Cordée residence is 800 meters from the Flégère cable car and 20-25 minutes by foot from the centre. Bus stop 150m (line 1) to go to Brévent or in the center, shuttle to go to Flegere in high winter season in front of the residence. 10 minutes walk from golf and tennis.
Car is recommended to nagivate easily in the Chamonix Valley.

Underground parking space with direct access to the apartment by elevator

Rental with sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning. Autonomous arrival. Pool towels can be hired.


THE RESIDENCE
La Cordée residence is one of the most upscale residences in Chamonix. It offers unique common areas
- a fitness area open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. with heated swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, hammam, gym and climbing room
- common areas in the main building: living room with fireplace, library, billiards, table football, children's playroom
The rules of procedure are very strict on the other hand and must be scrupulously respected.

Possibility of short stays on request in January and March
Baby cot in addition, swimming pool towels in addition on request 10 euros / towel
Basic products are provided to facilitate the start (dishwasher tablet, garbage bag, tea towel) but in no case for the entire duration of the stay.

Could have all been excellent with a little more attention to detail and care.
The apartment is well equipped and nicely laid out. Sadly the first two wine glasses used were broken. Why? Flocks of dust in many of the corners In many of the rooms. The shower didn’t drain….. plughole full of hair from previous occupants. Not really my idea of a holiday cleaning other people’s yuk. Why? The oven kept blowing the trip electric yet despite raising it as a problem no action was taken. Nice tv with Sonos sound system. Unfortunately sub woofer on the floor on the party wall….. so as soon as you turn it on the neighbours complain. We were told that Chamonix town centre was where everything was. 20-25 minute walk…… actually La Praz is a 10 minute walk with most facilities you need. All the super markets are open on Sundays until 7 o’clock at least…NOT 12 o’clock.

Spectacular
This property is exactly as described, very clean, well-equipped apartment with lovely interior design and facilities. Perfect for a small family or group with 3 good-sized bedrooms with soundproof windows. No AC, but not required with temperatures cool enough at night. The residence has a decent sized pool, spa, sauna and steam room, with fantastic gym we used a lot. My kids loved the bouldering wall, the fooseball and billiard tables. The gardens are spectacular, the view is stunning of Mont Blanc and a lovely lake. Location is near the sports area of Chamonix and about a 20 min walk from the main town so a car is helpful if you want to shop. Couldn’t ask for a more spectacular stay for a month, we were sad to leave and we really can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful views
The apartment is very nice, easy to get to by car and the host provides very detailed directions and check-in info. The place is well equipped, nicely furnished and has beautiful balconies. As promised- the views are amazing. The entire complex is very quiet and comfortable. The pool and sauna are accessible during the day.
