We offer this charming 60 m² apartment with wifi (fiber optics) for rent on a medium-term basis, in the heart of Bordeaux. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), Chez Jeanne comprises an attractive living room, a separate fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with walk-in shower).
Chez Jeanne is a stone's throw from Place Pey Berland, Rue Sainte Catherine and Place Gambetta.
Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights).

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- 17 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining table
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso pod coffee maker...
- Two bedrooms, one with a comfortable sofa bed and an office area
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Bordeaux, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
This apartment is offered for rent for a minimum of 30 days.

Transportation :
- If you choose to come by car, you can park nearby at the "Saint Christoly" parking lot.
- Nearest train station: Gare St Jean, 15 min by streetcar.
- Streetcar stop 100 m from Place Pey Berland - Trams A and C

To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Without the signature of a contract in due form, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation.
This does not affect the conditions subscribed via our website or via the various rental platforms.
